Obstacles to Weaving

I love to weave, but there are a couple of things that keep me from getting to weave as often as I'd like, especially since the oldest son is now back at home and has reclaimed his room which was my studio while he was elsewhere. That means I am unable to set up the table loom in a room that can be closed off from the cats. Here is what happened during my latest attempt at weaving.

Pants: "What??"

Twink: "Cool! Check it out!"

Pants: "I fit just perfectly."

Twink: "My turn!"

Twink: "Pretty cool from up here, too."

Twink: "What??"

  4. I think you are supposed to spin the cats first, then weave with them....They are adorable, by the way.

  6. What will they do when I ever get my full-sized floor loom set up? I'll really need cat repellent then, if I ever expect to get anything woven. Right now I just want to work n some rag rugs--pretty sturdy--but if I start on a nice wool scarf or something, there will probably be Trouble.

  7. A full sized loom would look like a new jungle gym to your Pants and Twink...good luck leaving them out of your weaving experience. They looked like they enjoyed exploring.
    Smile today. :)
