The inside cats are having a wonderful time enjoying the air and the outdoor sounds since we've been keeping the windows open. At first they seemed to compete for the choice spots, particularly this small den window that
Pushkin claimed as her
territory for several days. Now they seem to rotate from one location to another every few days. I caught Twinkie relaxing in the den window this afternoon and managed to get a photo of her with my cell phone.
Oh I can imagine that the windows are just the perfect spot!!! Great views and a little fresh air!
ReplyDeleteThe cats are really loving it. They'll be disappointed when we get the AC fixed. I'm enjoying the breeze and the bird and bug music myself.
ReplyDeleteTwinkie looks so sweet all stretched out like that. I would love to stroke her little tum. Our Jack lies like that sometimes and he loves a tummy tickle. The bun looks cute in her little hideaway too.
ReplyDeleteoh how adorable, she really looks as though she's posing for the camera
ReplyDeleteCute - you need another one.
ReplyDeleteThat tummy is pretty irresistible. Twinkie is a cutie and a very humorous little cat. Not always well-behaved, but very affectionate.
ReplyDeleteRG, I think we have our quota of both cats and rabbits. We are down to 5 and 4 respectively. Then there's also the Labrador and the frequently visiting Shih Tzu. We need to move to the farm. Gosh, then I could get sheep and goats and a cow, maybe a mule, chickens, and GUINEAS!!
So sweet to see your blog today and I love that photo...Emily is not that skinny but she has been situating herself on her new window sill to look at her new view here in IL (wonder what she thinks of everything!) This is a small town and we are on the edge so our view is a big field (so flat here!) I loved it when I found out we have a library cat here so it feels like home again. I will have to take lots of photos now that everything seems new again. Smile today. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gloria. I know you must be busy getting settled in. Looking forward to seeing some blog photos when you can manage it.
