Scenic North Alabama

I haven't posted anything on this topic in quite some time. We went on a hike to the Madison County Nature Trail on Green Mountain today as part of our Fourth of July activities.

    Like the pattern, might have to use that on a project I should be working on...my wall hanging. Too hot to handle fabric? Yep, that's my story. Glad you had fun on the 4th!

    I really like that covered bridge. I hadn't been up there in a while. I should have taken more time in trying to photograph the rafters, but other members of my party were urging me to hurry. No, RG, I didn't fish, although I do fit into one of the two age categories of folks who are allowed to fish in the lake: under age 6 and seniors 60 and over.
