If...Then

When you eat too much Father's Day dinner you lie down on the sofa.

When you lie down on the sofa you fall asleep.

When you fall asleep on the sofa you wake up with a cat in your face.

Don't wake up with a cat in your face.

  5. Even worse, it's the dreaded "cat butt in face" (well, not quite, but pretty close).

  6. Nothing like fluff in the face to make you wake up, happens to us lucky ones with cats. They like their naps...until you take yours.
    Smile today. :)

  8. speedyrabbit, laurak, and Gloria, really nothing like waking up with cat fur right up in your face.

RG, there is no end to the things cats are good for, you just have to have the right perspective--after all, cats can be very "in your face."

    Jade, sometimes that, too!

Nancy, dinner was great; Cat got none.

  9. Right about now, with the temperature in the 90's, cat in the face sounds like pure torture!

    1. Yes, Karen, they can be little portable space heaters. Not bad in the winter. Summer, not so much.

    1. Twinkie is a real snuggler. The closer she can get to you, the happier she is. She is especially fond of lying right up beside me, face-to-face, then reaching her paw out to touch my face. Sweet. Her favorite spot is lying on my hip when I sleep on my side. Good as a heating pad for the arthritis.
